ASIC Miner Solutions sells brand-new crypto mining hardware, ASIC miners, GPU miners, and related mining equipment through our online store. We understand that mining equipment is a high-value purchase, so we provide a clear return and refund process for eligible orders.

This Return & Refund Policy applies to purchases made directly through asicminersolutions.com and shipped within the United States.

By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.


1. Return Window

Customers may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

The 30-day return period begins on the date the package is marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.

Return requests submitted after 30 days may not be accepted.


2. Items Eligible for Return

ASIC Miner Solutions accepts returns for eligible products, including:

  • Damaged items
  • Incorrect items received
  • Unopened items
  • Opened items
  • Buyer’s remorse returns

This means customers may request a return even if the item is not defective, as long as the return request is submitted within the allowed return window and the product meets the condition requirements below.

To qualify for a return, the product must be returned with all original components included.

  • Manuals or documentation

The product must not be intentionally damaged, modified, altered, or tampered with.

Mining hardware must be operated according to manufacturer instructions. Damage caused by improper installation, unsafe power supply, overclocking, overheating, poor ventilation, or unauthorized firmware changes may not qualify for a refund.


4. Return Shipping Cost

ASIC Miner Solutions pays return shipping for approved returns within the United States.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide return instructions and, where applicable, a prepaid return shipping label.

Customers should not send any product back without return approval from our support team.

Items returned without approval may experience delays or may not be accepted.


5. How to Start a Return

Bank Transfer Payments

For bank transfer payments, approved refunds will be sent to the customer’s verified bank account.

Crypto Payments

For cryptocurrency payments, approved refunds may be issued in cryptocurrency or another agreed payment method.

Because cryptocurrency prices can change quickly, crypto refunds are based on the original order value at the time of purchase, not the market value of the cryptocurrency at the time the refund is processed.

Blockchain network fees may be deducted from the refund unless the return is due to our error, a damaged item, defective item, or incorrect item.


9. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

10. Exchanges and Replacements

We do not charge a restocking fee for approved returns.
