ASIC Miner Solutions provides shipping for brand-new crypto mining hardware, ASIC miners, GPU miners, and related mining equipment within the United States.

All orders are processed through our online store and shipped from our warehouse-based operations in Maine, United States. We do not operate a public walk-in retail store, and orders cannot be picked up in person unless specifically approved in writing by our support team.

1. Shipping Area

We currently ship to customers within the United States only.

At this time, international shipping is not available through our standard website checkout. Customers outside the United States should contact us before placing an order to confirm whether special shipping arrangements are available.

2. Free Shipping

ASIC Miner Solutions currently offers free standard shipping on all U.S. orders.

There are no hidden shipping charges added after checkout. If your order qualifies for free shipping, the shipping cost will appear as $0.00 at checkout.

3. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed after payment has been received and confirmed.

Our standard order processing time is:

1 business day

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. public holidays.

Orders placed during weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

4. Estimated Delivery Time

Most U.S. orders are delivered within:

3 business days after payment confirmation

This estimate includes order processing and carrier transit time under normal conditions.

Delivery time may vary depending on the customer’s location, product availability, carrier delays, weather, holidays, address verification, payment verification, or other circumstances outside our control.

All standard website orders are shipped from the United States.

6. Shipping Carriers

We may ship orders using trusted U.S. carriers and logistics providers, including but not limited to:

UPS, FedEx, USPS, DHL, or freight carriers

The carrier used for your order may depend on the product size, weight, value, destination, insurance requirements, and delivery availability.

7. Large or High-Value Orders

Because mining hardware can be high-value and heavy, some orders may require:

  • Signature confirmation
  • Insurance
  • Additional payment verification
  • Address verification
  • Freight delivery for larger shipments

If additional verification is required, our support team may contact you before the order is shipped.

8. Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address. ASIC Miner Solutions is not responsible for delivery delays, failed delivery, or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

9. Payment Verification Before Shipment

Orders are released for shipment only after payment has been fully confirmed.

For credit card payments, confirmation is usually automatic. For bank transfer or crypto payments, additional verification may be required before shipment.

Crypto payments must be confirmed on the blockchain before the order is processed.

Bank transfer orders are processed after the funds are received and confirmed.

10. No Public Pickup

ASIC Miner Solutions operates as an online mining hardware supplier. Our Maine location is used for warehouse-based order processing and business operations only.

We do not offer public walk-in shopping, walk-in returns, or product pickup unless a specific arrangement has been approved in writing by our support team.

11. Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Your full name
  • Order number
  • Photos of the outside packaging
  • Photos of the damaged item
  • A short description of the issue

We will review the issue and assist with a replacement, refund, carrier claim, or another appropriate resolution.

12. Lost or Delayed Packages

If your tracking information shows that your package is delayed, missing, or delivered but not received, contact our support team.

We may open a carrier investigation and work with the shipping provider to help resolve the issue. Resolution times may depend on the carrier’s investigation process.

13. Address Changes

If you need to update your shipping address, contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.

We cannot guarantee address changes after an order has already been processed or shipped.
